ہاتھوں کو نرم و ملائم کرنا
· اگر آپ کی ہتھیلیاں سخت اور کھدری ہوگئی ہوں تو تھوڑا لیموں کارس اور ایک چائے کا چمچہ شکر لے کر ملائیں اور
· ہاتھوں کو ملائم اور نازک کرنے کے لیے دو کھانے کے چمچ زیتون کا تیل، ایک کھانے کا چمچ لیموں کا عرق اور آدھا چائے کا چمچ پانی مِلا کر خوب اچھی طرح اُنگلی سے پھینٹ لیں اور جب بھی ہاتھ گیلے ہوں یہ مرکب لگا کر آہستہ آہستہ ہاتھوں پر مَلیں۔
· ہاتھ گورے کرنے کے لیے دودھ اور شہد مِلا کر ہاتھوں پر صابن کی طرح لگائیں اور تھوڑی دیر بعد دھولیں۔
· ہاتھوں کی جِلد نرم اور تازہ رکھنے کے لیے چند قطرے عرقِ گلاب، ایک چائے کا چمچ بالائی اور تھوڑا سا شہد مِلا کر ہاتھوں پر لگا لیا کریں۔
